Life's unpredictability is something we understand. Cancel within 2 minutes of booking for free, no questions asked. Cancellations after 2 minutes but before your driver starts heading your way incur a nominal $3 fee. Once your driver is en route, a $5 fee applies. For pre-scheduled rides, cancel at least 1 hour before pickup to avoid charges. Special events and premium services may have different policies clearly indicated during booking.
